Love my RK37. It's my first tractor and my first time operating one. Seems very well built. The only time I wonder of I should have went with the 55 is when I'm going uphill with the 6ft bush hog and heavy growth. Manuals are typical of a low budget tractor but the tractors themselves seem to be of great quality. Service I do myself. I can only speak on my local store and we will just say I wont let them touch it unless its an expensive warranty issue.
If your store is like mine and hasn't been selling these for a while already, I would recommend asking if they have filters before yo actually need it.
Im at about 88 hours and have had no issues or concerns. Greased everything to be sure. When I installed the backhoe recently, I found 2 existing bolts were not finger tight
When I ordered mine, the flyer said it had cruise control but it doesnt.(in case that info flyer is still floating around)
I have the cab with heat/AC and noticed the AC wasn't working very well fter only a few hours on it. I found that the radiator fins can quickly fill up with grass/seed. There are 2 metal guards that you can pull out which is to try to catch much if it but it doesnt work that great and the design has you raising the loader and pulling one guard from the right side and one from the left. I use my air compressor and a long stem air nozzle to blow it out. The guards aren't very secure and I find they dont remain fully seated and plenty of stuff gets past them. I actually wonder if I'm better off without the guards. If I have to use air on the radiator anyway it might be best to lessen to 2 large catch pockets rather than 4 smaller ones. I am leaving them for now though. When its warmer I may see if improvement can be done so that the guards better serve their purpose.
