1953 Ford Jubilee
Well, I figured I'd have to do an introduction, but couldn't find where to do it. I missed the link the in the email, so I already posted a question before doing this. Oops.

Anyway, I am working on my Dad's 53 Ford Jubilee. It was an impulse buy and I wasn't with him to give any advise, so now I am rebuilding this pile of random parts that he dragged home. I got it running ok and you can at least use it, but I am still replacing worn out parts on a regular basis. Once I get the front end rebuilt and finish painting it, she might not be too bad.
This is the first tractor I have worked on, but I've been fixing cars, trucks, and other mechanical stuff for years, so it hasn't been too bad.

When I'm not fixing old stuff, I work for a company that makes water meters and I test the software that the water company uses to keep up with how much each customer uses.

Welcome to TBN forum, I have always liked those Jubilees, though I grew up on my grandfather's 8N, the Jubilee has a bit more power, especially being overhead valve. I worked for Ford Tractor and Implement Division for 11 years until they downsized and sent me to Automotive Division, where I finished my 32.5 year career with them.
These are good folks here, and ready to help.

I've never worked on a Jubilee but they do have a fine reputation. Welcome to TBN. You can pick up a lot of great information here.
