Howdy Folks,
New Guy here, new to the forum, and new to tractor ownership (or soon will be).
We just bought our place, it is 4 Acres, some of which is part of a pond, most of which is grass with trees and LOTS of leaves!! I'm currently looking at a 1975 Ford 3000 with the diesel engine and a bush hog. I will likely get a finishing mower, and a box blade for working around the yard and grading the driveway with. I will use the bush hog attachment (if I wind up with this tractor) to help my wife out in her landscaping business.
While I have absolutely no experience with tractors, I have spent the last 30 years in Industrial Maintenance, so I know which end of a screwdriver to hold! Look forward to discussing tractor repairs and modifications with you all!
