I have a Kubota 3130 but i dont have a quick attach yet. Im not sure what to do. I think i want a ss quick attach since i have access to skid loader attachments. I dont want to over work the tractor with a heavy system since my lift capacity is pretty low as is. I bought a run down piece of land and need a grapple to clear brush. I can weld and do so for a living but with my work load at home Im leaning towards a bolt on system. Do you know of a budget friendly SS QA? Also can you help me locate a good write up on a home made SS QA? Thanks alot Chuck

Well this thread is not SSQA, but a copy of the quick attach that Kubota puts on some of their smaller loaders. You might find it interesting.

An L3130? That's what I have. Kubota makes an SSQA adapter for it. I have it. I would assume you can buy it from a dealer. You remove the bucket and the adapter pins right there in place of the bucket. Then you need a new bucket or to modify yours from pin-on to SSQA.

distig1 what did it cost? My dealer only had info on a kubota QA that wouldn't allow use of skidsteer attachments. Thanks again for the help guys.

No clue as it was on the tractor when I bought it used. The manual shows 3 model numbers, probably as there were 3 different loaders for the L-series. The numbers are L2230, L2231, L2232 Quick Hitch. One of those should be enough to find it by. Make sure you have your loader model number when asking.

If your dealer can't figure it out,l maybe call Messicks or one of the places on here that seem to have a clue. These things appear to be very common on L-series so I can't imagine them not knowing.

I myself considered that one. but as you see int he picture the lower cross tube interferes with the welding on of the ears.I assuem youd have to cut the ear to straddle the tube. As opposed to these

It was a difficult decision to make to not get and try to weld the ears around the lower tube.Im not sure why its wher it is anyways as the second link here it has it inside the mechanism
