New Holland 1630 air intake hose

Current hose is shot - has a hole and is dry rotted from a period of time when the machine sat for a few years unused by the previous owner.
A new hose is $180! NH part number 86519859.

Any suggestions on how to fabricate my own or other alternatives?

what is the SBA# for the part. On my radiator hose I took the old one with me to a store that I knew the folks there. They told me I can go back and see if I can match up what I had. I was able to find with slight difference but operationally worked exactly as oem. I will try to match it up if possible.

I looked at the air cleaner assembly, cold not see if the flat part of the hose is attached to anything? is that right? if so , a round section might work the same.is there going to be a interference between the hood and the nearly oval part of he air intake hose? I think that shape can be fabbed up using a thin aluminum sheet and rivets. I would open up the old intake and make a template off of that and then transfer that to a piece of sheet metal/aluminum and pop rivet it where I need. Can you post a pictures that shows both end of the hose on the tractor?
