New Holland 1920 Hydraulic hook up for Front end loader

I've go a New Holland/Ford 1920, while hooking up a 700b front end loader with a 2 port hookup where the tractor is set up for a 3 port system. My problem is I got the FEL to work now the 3 point hook up won't lift. I was wondering if i needed a power beyond valve? Any help would be appreciated. I can't find any book or information for this problem.
