Mike and J_J,

Thanks Everyone, Tractor is back working thanks to you guys!

The problem WAS with the diverter valve and yes it was in the wrong position.

The service manager where I purchased the tractor gave me incorrect information or I misunderstood what he said. The SM stated that the diverter valve needed to be fully counter-clockwise for the front end loader & 4-1 bucket to operate, which is incorrect. Thanks to the instructions you guys provided, I adjusted the diverter valve 1/4 turn from full counter-clockwise to the 11 o'clock position.

The loader & 4-1 bucket operate MUCH faster that they ever have in the past!

I used the tractor for about 2 hours and everything kept working great!

I also took the time to adjust the 3 point hitch full up travel adjustment limit linkage so it no longer stalls the tractor when the 3 point hitch is in it's full up position. I found the correct procedure on this forum in another thread.

I don't know how the diverter valve screw adjustment got moved in the first place, but the loader and 4-1 bucket have gradually been getting slower & slower over the last year, I just thought the Hyd pump was going bad after 16 years.

It was GREAT to have the tractor back working, especially with the faster loader and bucket operation.

THANKS AGAIN FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

David
