Loader New Holland 240TL Quick Attach Bucket won't come off! Help!!

Hi Guys

:newhere:We are trying to get the Quick Attach Bucket off out 240TL FEL but we can't seem to get it off. There are the two levers that you pull up, the one on the left comes up, but the one on the right doesn't come up all the way.:confused3: Could there by something stuck in there keeping it from coming all the way?

Make sure there is nothing stuck, like a rock, where the pins stick out the bottom of the QA plate on your bucket. Here are pics of the loader QA showing where the pins come out the bottom and one showing the pins in the plate. Might also shoot some grease in the fittings to lube it all up.

I keep a 1' section of 1-1/2" pipe behind my seat so I can use it as a cheater when needed. Some implements are much harder to attach than others. Getting the attachment centered exactly on the QA paddles (side-to-side) helps ensure the pins don't rub against the sides of the slots. If you have repeated problems on one implement, you may find that filing the edge of the slots a tiny bit will make attachment easier. Most times, my QA levers work with just hand pressure, but now-and-again I have to use the cheater.
