New holland 3010s fuel injection pump wiring

Hey guys, had a new fuel injection pump installed, diesel getting to the pump but not making it out of the injectors. I see flywheel turning so not sure what the issue is, maybe it is electrical?

are you getting 12v to the fuel solenoid?
