3-Point Hitch New Holland 3930 telescoping lower lift arms

I recently bought a 3930. Someone welded the telescoping lift arms in place. Is there somewhere to purchase these? Anywhere to find good used ones? Thanks, Craig

if they are welded, then take a grinder and get rid of the welds.
