New Holland 451 Sickle Mower Belt to Pulley Alignment

Howdy all,
Does anyone know if there is a procedure to align the pulleys on the 451? Mine is not aligned and it is causing the belt to flip and jump causing quite a bit of vibration. Both pulleys seem to be set without a way to align them which seems strange not to be able to align belt-driven pulleys.

I've got a 451 and I can't imagine how the pulleys get out of alignment unless something is bent way out of spec.
