new holland 650 round hay baler with auto wrap not tripping to tie

New Holland 650 baler not tripping to tie on bale when suppose to. Even made bale smaller by adjusting baler but still make big bale when tgis happens there is a high pitch noise you hear. It also lugs the tractor down at this time. Does anybody anybody anysolutions or ideas as to why this is happening

Did you find a solution to this? We have same baler, can not get it to initiate the twine wrap .... Thanks!
