New Holland 66 baler questions.

Hi all new here and I have a few questions regarding my baler. It seems every 6th bale is broken. The baler was gone over last winter. New knottes, new plunge board and still problems. I am rather new at baling hay and would sure appreciate any and all advice. Also the baler seems to do fine on thicker windrows but consistently breaks bales on windrows that are thinner. I am baling primarily orchard grass, timothy and brome hay.

Is it always breaking on the same side?

Where is it breaking? At the knot? Do both knots look the same?

Have you checked the timing? It's doesn't have to be off much to cause an issue.
