Well some of you may remember I asked about the 850 chain baler, and I went ahead and bought it for a good price. I was fiddling with the electric tie, and I can only get the arm to swing back to its home position. I can not get it to swing out to where it would start wrapping the bale. Can anyone think of any reason why that would be happening?
