Case-IH Farmall 45A, Kubota M8540 Narrow, New Holland TN 65, Bobcat 331, Ford 1920, 1952 John Deere M, Allis Chalmers B, Bombardier Traxter XT, Massey Harris 81RC and a John Deere 3300 combine, Cub Cadet GT1554
Are there any major differences between the oils from both CNH dealers? Since the tractors are the same is it safe to assume the oil is interchangeable as far as either being the same or meeting the same requirements (Case-IH oil in a New Holland tractor:eek: )

I bought some of each (hydraulic oil) last year and noticed that the gallon jugs were printed identically, save for the logo difference. However, as I recall the Case oil looked a bit darker. When buying Case oil for my NH, the Case parts dude assured me they were the same.....

Having said that - I have no eye dear technically though :) .

Besides if Sams Club or TSC oils work for folks I can not imagine that going between Case and NH would be any more risky. (not endorsing Sams/TSC mind you).
