New Holland C175 creeping left?

My C175 wants to creep left at idle, but stops once it gets about 10% above idle. Just to the left (right track moves forward). I can hold the sticks in neutral but when I let go they creep forward as well. When I increase RPM they seem to come back. Its hard to tell, but the left stick may creep forward as well, but not enough to create track movement. I did also notice an oil drip under the sprocket on the right side. Could this be related?

Any ideas?
