New Holland Holland tl100 manual shuttle grinding.

I have a 2004 new Holland with a manual shuttle that grinds going into when stationary. It doesn't do it going forward and back , just when I'm stopped and go forward or reverse. It gets worse the longer it works in a day. If I put my foot on the clutch and count to 5 or 6 before putting it into gear it doesn't do it.

Sounds like the clutch is dragging just a bit.
