I'm just wondering if someone can tell me what the differences are in the some New Holland Round Balers. I've heard the 630, 634, 638 balers called the economy or value line. What is the difference in these balers and say the 640, 644, 648 machines?

Thanks in advance for any info.

The listed balers are light duty economy models with 4x4 capacity and manual electric tie. Designed and built for low volume hay makers, they are OK for that purpose, but not for high volume operations or silage bales. I do not recommend them as they are a far cry from the design and features of the more robust 4x5 models 640, 644, 648, BR740, BR740A and BR7060.

Well I just picked up a very nice 640 Auto Wrap on Monday. Got a deal on it that I couldn't pass up. Now I just pray I will have good luck with it in the field.
