New Holland Skid Steer Bucket Won't Tilt

Hey Folks,

I hope you can help me a little. My skid steer bucket won't tilt. Stopped all of sudden. Bucket will go up and down fine. The pedal seems to be hard, not quite normal. Auxillary Hyraulic will engage (engine idles lower when pressed). I really stomp on the pedal and nothing. I looked at the fuses and they seem to be ok. No visible burned spots. Don't see any sticks anywhere. Any ideas>

Interlock solenoid failure or no power to that solenoid.
