Hi! I have also posted this on the boomer problem thread but since I am new to the forum, I am not sure where to best post this. Our 2010 Boomer 50 has repeatedly broken both left and right three point hitch stabilizer bars. We bought the tractor new and bought at the same time new NH attachments that were rated for this model. Has anyone else had this failure? and how did you fix it? The dealer says no one else is having this problem. First the bars bend then they break. Help! and thanks in advance!

Heading out now to take a look... i sure hope it is as simple as this. Fingers crossed. I will reply back here with a report. Funny, our New Holland dealer said we were the only people breaking these things! <sigh> We've spent SO much time waiting on parts with the tractor out of commision.

Sadly, the one dollar fix isn't in my cards. My husband couldn't replicate JKott's situation and make it bind up. This is so disappointing...after spending all that money on our first new tractor.

Mnfarmer, I looked at the other posts and the parts book. I am not familiar with the LS built New Holland tractors specifically, but whatever the brand, look at the stabilizer pin under the axle. Is it in line with the lower link mount pin? I don't see how it couldn't be, but not being aligned will cause binding and something will break. I had this problem on a CUT JD years ago when it was assembled incorrectly.

I sympathize with you.....
I broke the stab bar ATTACHMENT piece on my Kubota last year. I was BACKING up with a heavily loaded trailer. The hitches are made to PULL not PUSH........duh
Good news is that the attachment block on a Kubota is separately replaceable. A friend did the SAME thing on a John Deere and it is PART OF THE DIFFERENTIAL HOUSING and cannot be replaced without replacing the ENTIRE DIFF HOUSING. Many dollars.
you might post a photo of the problem area and someone will know a fix.
