I just got a 2013 New Holland T1520 tractor and the power steering fluid is low. When I take the filler cap off, I can't see any fluid. The power steering works but it squeals a little when I turn the steering wheel. I don't have an owners manual and there isn't a dip stick to tell when the tank is full. Do I just fill it up to the bottom of the filler cap? Thanks.

Your cap doesn't have a small rubber tube attached to it? The fill level would be about an 1 1/2" from the bottom of the cap.

No, the cap just screws into the top of the pump. It's made of yellow plastic and doesn't have anything attached to it. I have a Ford 1715 that has a cap made like your talking about but the pump and tank are 2 separate pieces on that tractor. The 1520 has a pump and tank all made together.

Disregard what I told you, I thought all of the 20 series had the reservoir.
