They don't give the diagnostic stuff away. Why spend hundreds of dollars on something you will use once and never again

Your answer is up in post #1.
Paying someone with tools and the required skill set is also an investment in troubleshooting.

Another potential thing to observe is the hoses on the loader when you attempting to operate a function. Hoses will stiffen and swell slightly under pressure.

Example: while trying to lower the loader I would expect very little pressure so neither hose should stiffen. If hoses stiffen and your engine strain this would indicate restriction in return flow from the cap end of lift cylinder.

Frequently just paying attention to what is and is not happening and taking a few minutes to ponder this information will save a lot of wasted time, effort and cash.

I agree lines mixed and keep in mine with regen ( I think it's the A port ) has to go to the base end of the cyl.

I will never understand people that will not spend a nickel on troubleshooting but throw hundreds of parts dollars down the toilet.

AMEN repair of non operating hyd requires very good diagnostics before replacing the 1st part. My GUESS is hyd problem is faulty breakaway coupler or hyd hoses are crisscrossed.

Having to have the engine OFF.....and then pulling handle to the LEFT (which should be curl) to get the loader to lower....thats the first indication something is hooked up wrong.

What was the initial problem that caused you to buy a new valve (twice) and have the cylinders rebuilt (twice)?

Do you have a picture of how hoses are attached and where they go? Have you traced the hoses and see where they go?

It is simple and wont cost a dime to verify that things are hooked up correctly.

If a position control feedback linkage is out of adjustment the rock-shaft cylinder could top out and stall. (BTDT with NH 1520, TC33DA, and/or T1520)

In an open center system this may limit other hydraulics to what flow can get thru the relief valve.

A quick way to check this possibility is to be sure the 3PH is ~ half-way up vs fully when troubleshooting the system. :2cents:
