I think we all know by now that there are some scams happening on eBay. Do we need to create a new thread for each one?

Gatorboy, I don't think we need a new thread for each one, that is why I posted 4 different scams in one thread yesterday, I thought about adding this one to that thread but didn't, don't really know why. I just enjoy shutting them down as fast as I can find them. And I post them because SOME people actually fall for them. If they bidders are not "hidden" then I actually email each bidder and inform them of a possible scam.

I'm not 100% sure this is a scam. It may be a new eBay seller with 0 feedback. But the $999 is the starting bid and there is still 6 days to go on the auction.

I would be a little leery to bid on this item as the description is a little vague, but if the seller answers the emails and maybe gives other contact information, (like a phone number) in the emails, I would consider it.

I look for things like no reserve on a tractor worth a lot more than the starting price. I look for an unreasonable Buy It Now price. I look for worldwide shipping. I look for cloned Ebay accounts where the previous items are not tractor/agricultural/garden related. I look for inconsistencies in pictures (license plate or signs in the background, trees that are not normal to the location listed). Vague locations. Etc Etc.

You need a Kubota b 2910 hst.......30hp....HST Just got one new with a 72" MMM .....I have had a Kubota B 8200HST for 19 years.....over 3000 hours with a 60" MMM...I promise you it sill cuts as good or BETTER than the day I got It.......Better because I have learned a few tricks...You see I cut my 4.2 acres of lawn at 7 inches hight....and to do that You need alot of extra LIFTING power....so I use what I call "CROSSED BLADES"....NOT 3 BLADES THAT tractor came with ....but 6

blades....blades are crossed at a 90 degree angle on each spindle......Yes it works and allows me to cut in the transport height of 7 to 8 "....with alot of extra lifting power....I also HOLLOW GRIND the blades....that means at an angle of less than 25 degrees.....This allows the clippings that come out to be so small an fine that the just dissapear into lawn....I sometimes cut grass that is almost 20" hight..... /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif
