What is the breakdown of the various "classes" of the TC line? Is the 2000 TC33D now the TC34DA or the TC35 size? does anyone have a side view side by side of the TC33 and the TC35DA so I can see the size difference?

TC33 is now the TC34... rumer has it they tweeked injection pump pressures to squeeze another HP out on paper or something stupid like that to "keep up with the jone's"
they are simular in all aspects (cept cosmetic hoods etc that were changed in within the past few years.
The TC35 is a class 3 machine, its the same size as the TC40/45/55 but with a wus of an engine.
TC35 is larger in most/all aspects than the TC33 just like the 40/45 is.

Boomers:
Class I - TC23DA, TC26DA
Class II - TC31DA, TC34DA
Class III - TC35DA, TC40DA, TC45DA.
The tractors within the same class will have the same frame, but will have different engines or ratings for higher horsepower. The TC33 would be a Class II machine, which is significantly different from the TC35 Class III machine.
The TC48DA and the TC55DA are listed under the "Utility" Tractor line.

I believe the "old" NH Class II TC's included the 25, 29, and the 33. I believe that any smaller framed tractor was considered to be their ClassI. It is important to note that I believe that only NH designated "classes" for their tractors based on frame size. Jay

TC 33 was replaced with TC34; the TC 34 has the TC 35 engine in it; to avoid confusion they called it a TC34. These TCxx numbers will begin to disappear shortly as New Holland begins the change over to a new (old?) numbering system.

What the new (old) numbering system? 4 digit thousnd series? ( I liked that one.. you knew what series you were dealing with.. and what base model , usually by 1st and 3rd digit. and last digit gave you some idea of extra bells and whistles or lack thereof..
