new holland tc45da
I have been thinking my loader feels weak for awhile, today I was talking to a neighbor with a similair tractor and he said if he gets to much weight on the loader it will lift his back end off the ground, my tractor if I put a lot of weight on the loader it does nothing, front end doesn't go down etc. if I put a decent amount of weight on 3pt hitch (pulling out stump etc) it squats the rear end down and puts serious power into it. the front end loader today i tried to pull out a 4x4 maybe 3ft deep in the ground, relatively soft sandy soil and it wouldn't come, I had to rock it back and forth first. I then tried to pull out small stump, front end loader did nothing, spun it aroung hooked up chain to my plow on 3pt and ripped it out like nothing. am I expecting to much from the loader or do I have an issue? I was moving some dirt for my grandmother with the bucket, when the bucket bit in good it did not want to pull it self out, and a full scoop of dirt was close to max it could carry I think

also my bucket "curl" sags sometimes, sometimes its is really bad, sometimes it doesn't seem to sag at all.

I agree with your neighbor. I have a tc40da with loaded rear tires. If I am digging gravel with it, I can often lift the rear off of the ground when the bucket is stuck in the bank. If you put weight in the bucket and raise it up high, does it stay there or does it gradually drop back down? How many hours on the machine? If the bucket stays up in the air, then IMO the pump may be the problem. Time for some pressure guages.

the bucket seems to stay fine, but the curl seems to uncurl. it has less then 750 hours, I bought it around 715. is there any particular spot to put the gauges? any particular kinda of gauge? I have some pressure gauges but don't know anything about them
