Are you using it for a vineyard or orchard or just want a narrow tractor for your property? Either way it is still a tractor and works on the same principles as any other tractor. If there is anything specific you want to know just ask and I will try to help.

Hello everyone!

Sorry, about my bad english. So let me start again. I have a vineyard in Hungary. My land is about 2-3 Ha. I have a small Kubota, but I want to change, because it is a good tractor but not strong enough. Not enough hydraulic power to run an off site rotator(hydraulic swinging knife) and trimmers.

The local new holland dealer wants sell me a TN-75V (full mechanic) Mechanic lift-O matic, 3 hydraulic rear open center,
valve,(64 Liter/min) but no electric control, cab, air-conditoning, auto 4WD lock, and a normal tyre front:240/70 R16 A8, rear 360/70 R24 A8.
I have two questions. First, is a full mechanic tractor like this a good choice?
If I buy a narow tyre 11,2 R24,is it stable enough ? My row width is 1600mm.
Can someone share his experience with me?

thank you

Zoltan

Around here there are a lot of TN 75V tractors running around. They are narrow but I have never heard of anyone tipping one over yet. I see more people tip over a compact tractor then a ag tractor. So I do not think you will have any trouble with it but there are only a few steep hills around here that have grapes. The rest is flat ground. The wider tires are better for stabilty but if you use your head then you should have no trouble even with the narrow tires.

The TN series of tractors are a great line. I will not even guess at how many TN's are sold in this area. There are a ton of TN-F's working in the grapes and orchards also with no problems. Other then a few new tractor bugs that might pop up you should have no problem getting many years of use out of one.
