are these hoes good ? how are the New Holland Tractors currently own JD

First new tractor purchase for me not sure what to expect from dealer - Setup- delivery etc

what lift capacity number is one that realisticly represents the loader lift capacity? these loader manufacturers all use different types of measurments

I have a small horse farm will use the loader to move hay, manure, gravel , condition riding area, as well as gravel road maintanance, some brush hoging, drainage systems stump remval etc

your advise will be greatly appreciated

I like the Woods hoes, but make sure you get a subframe--that would apply for any hoe you put on that tractor. Without a subframe, you risk (in time) having your tractor snap in half--literally.

For the loader, I'd go with the number 20" or so forward of the pivot pins. That's the most realistic figure for what you can pick up.

Set-up and delivery would be dealer dependant.

I've got a DX33 that I'm getting ready to trade in for a DX45. It has the LX14 loader which should be similar to yours on the 34DA. The lift capacity will vary depending on the load placement. My 33 will lift a 1,000# evenly stacked pallet using pallet forks off of a trailer, but will probably not lift it past shoulder height. Using the bucket which brings the weight in closer to the tractor it will probably lift 1,000# to full height or close too it. I think ODT is right using the 19.7" specs. This list out at 875#'s. Good luck with the 34. My 33 is a great tractor and has outperformed my expectations. Just looking for something bigger and a cab.

**for the task you've mentioned, you might look at the next size up - TC35/40/45 if it fits your budget. While the 34 will handle it, you may find yourself in my situation shortly, wishing you would have went a bit bigger, especially if your not finish mowing around a lot of trees and tight areas.
