New Holland TS115A Transmission Problems

Hi I am new to the forum. We have a 2006 TS115A 3400 hrs with the 16X16 Auto shift transmission, I just noticed that when driving and shifting from low range to high range It will grind a little even with the clutch pressed in. Wondering if this sounds like bad syncros or maybe a shift cable? It shifts through all of the gears nice and smooth, it only grinds when going from low range to high while moving. Heck maybe this transmission wasn't designed to be shifted from low range to high while moving. Any input would be helpful thanks.

What does the owners manual say? My NH TD95D says that you cannot shift between ranges on the fly.

I do not have an owners manual so I am not sure. Does your TD95D have the 16X16 transmission?

You should be able to go from low range to high range while the tractor is in motion with clutch depressed with low RPM you may see the tractor jump to Higher gear as soon as you release the clutch depends on the ground speed of Tractor
I own a t6030 with 16×16 Transmission it replaced the ts115A

The ranges are only to be shifted when stopped or a very slow roll. Only the regular gears cans be shifted on they fly.
