I am finishing my front mounted snow plow with angling. I have 2 new hydraulic cylinders, 1 for lift and 1 for angle, that will hook into my DSCV that is used for my loader. I still have to pick up the male end of the quick connects and 2 more hoses.
Question is do I have to try to prefill the cylinders and hoses before hooking up for the first time? Or should I hook em up dry and let her rip?
I was thinking that I could hook up a hose, shove it in a bottle of fluid and pull the ram to suck fluid in, but when I do the other end, I would shoot it all out anyway..... Should I just fill one end to get a majority of the air out? Is there anyway to (or any need to) bleed out the air?
Thanks for the help!!!
