New in town

Hello to all,
I just sign in today, I am hoping to get all the knowledge I can get. I just bought a old John Deere JD300 with backhoe & bucket. This is my first tractor, I know that it needs a lot of TLC, I would like to replace the hydraulic hoses first, they are old and cracking & some blocks where they attach to:dance1: might need replacement also. Need all the advise I can get. Thank you.
