I run my backhoe about half throttle to reduce the jerkiness. Even then I have to be gradual with the levers.

The gentleman that delivered mine went over operations, switches, levers and maintence quite thoroghly when I got my LS. Dont be afraid to ask questions it is cheaper than breaking something!

Gary ... I totally agree asking questions is the smart move. I did call him this afternoon and he said run the RPM's at about 1500 - 1800 to start with while i get used to the controls, he also said move the levers slowly to prevent jerkiness as JD855guy noted in him reply.
