...There isn't a way to fix it, so don't let them waste your time...
Got me a thinking; Light bulb time!!!! It's the same tractor does the NEW smooth valves from L3301 (et.al.) work in older models with a jerky hitch... Food for thought!! Last time I checked (long ago) these were $360. Need to look at the old valves...

I need to dig through my old stuff to see if this is just a Grand L valve... I don't have time today to it.

Your image attachment doesn't work.

It would be interesting if the new valve could be swapped in. As similar as the tractors are, I'd bet there is a high probability of that.

However, I would want real evidence that the new tractors fix the problem, from someone who knows what to look for. I still remember hearing from people on TBN who claimed the L3200/3800 fixed the problem, or that their tractors didn't have the problem, but it turned out that they just weren't tweaking the lever the right way to trigger the problem with a heavy implement attached. So it would be good to have some definitive proof from someone who has experienced the problem on an L3200/3800 and can test the new models.

If I have some time, I will dig through parts diagrams on Messicks to see if parts numbers have changed. Maybe someone else can try to look too.
