What do you guys think would be a fair price on a new L3540 HST with a Woods 80 backhoe, Skid Steer FEL quick attach the LA724, R4s, and toothbar?;)

I was quoted $21,999.50 out the door for a L-3240 HST with a Skid Steer QA on a LA-724. You might want to look at the L-3240 for saving money because there is only 3 HP difference. As I remember the L-3540 was about $2500 more dollars. Hope this helps you out.

That sounds about right, but I'm wondering what the woods 80 backhoe would add. Thanks for the reply!

I looked at the kubota web site's 'build my kubota' and your setup is around 33k with the bh90 backhoe. The bh was around ~7400.00.

I would think you could get that package for around 29-30k out the door.

Then I'm in the ballpark. My L3540HST with 724 FEL and 80" BH with a Toothbar and R4s will be 28,000 out the door, tax and all. Should be getting it beginning of the week. Does anyone think that I should have them fill the tires. My property is around 30 acres, I won't be doing any mowing. Mostly moving clay and rocky soil, ground leveling in general:p . Shredding/making mulch out of branches with a jinma 6' pto chipper and taking care of a 800ft driveway. Not to mention water control and digging trenches for a deck around a 33' swimming pool.

If you plan to use the tractor a lot without the backhoe, I'd recommend getting the tires loaded. The FEL is quite useful without the backhoe and loaded tires, but if you push the limits of the loader, the back end will get pretty light.

I have both loaded tires and a BH90, and am very comfortable with the stability of the tractor - even without the backhoe. Some folks here don't have the loaded tires but keep the backhoe on most of the time, and they've been pretty happy with that.

Just heard back fromt the dealer and they want 170.00 per tire to load the back tires. 240.00 seems like a lot of money to do this????? Looks like delivery will be this coming friday...I've got butterflies in my stomach.

Depends what they're putting in the tires. RimGuard seems to be pretty popular, as it's non-toxic, non-corrosive, and doesn't freeze. I paid $300 to have mine filled.

$170 X 2 = $340.00:confused:

$340 does sound high if its calcium or windshield washer fluid!
