Folks,
took a few years but finally bit down and purchased a L3901D ( 4wh-gear shft). now for the "fun" part. Ive never driven a "gear/shuttle" have only operated a HST.
never owned a compact tractor either. Fairly mechanical and can wrench some. Gonna be used primarily for firewood hauling/loading around a yard. fairly level lawn loading a dump truck, moving rounds and logs ect. Already looking for a set of forks, so got that started.
So for a few questions.
it doesn't come with manuals at all. I want the service manual and an IPL , What's the best way to acquire those, I come from a chainsaw forum and we have a pretty extensive library we "share" and can almost cover every saw made somehow. I have seen some of these equipment manuals go for hundreds some for dollars. "Cat" being the most proud ...
So any tips tricks and advice would be great for a complete newbee. We all had to start somewhere.
Don't be afraid to re-or direct me to the proper starting point.
wish me luck
