Just closed on a dream property of 40 acres in central Ohio, and I've been dreaming of one day owning a tractor since probably playing a demo of "farming simulator" 5 years ago. I've got no real interest in growing food crops, but we do have 30 wooded acres and another ten acres of horse/animal pasture. I wish we could have gotten into the house a couple months earlier and had some time for cutting firewood, but better luck next year, I suppose. Had an opportunity to buy an old Kubota 4310 with low hours from the previous owner at a very good price, but someone else offered dramatically more for the tractor and implements than they were asking, which resulted in us needing to purchase elsewhere. Have definitely been lurking on here for several years, and now looking forward to learning more than I'd ever want to know on this forum.
