Hey all. Does anyone have any idea if it is possible to get air locked into a portion of the hydralic system on my new loader? The reason I am asking is because all works great with the thing with the exception of when it comes time to dump the bucket. It is very slow compared to the actual lifting and lowering of the arms and the up - curl of the bucket. It sometimes pauses for about 3 to 5 seconds also before returning to its slow moving self on dumping. It appears to be the highest point in the hydralic system (right where an air pocket would go) but I can't seem to get the air (If this is the case) out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance....

Had a similar issue with the loader on my B2410. Think it was probably user error /w3tcompact/icons/blush.gif...but then again I haven't used the loader very much since the thread. Have a look at the thread at Bucket Dump Hesitates

SIR,
you do not say what tractor you have, but from the post i have read
i will quote. " work the hydraulics until all of the air is out of the
system". also, are you revving the engine when you dump. this will
increase the working speed of the hydraulics.

My Kubota L3000 loader dumps slow, even hesitates sometimes when the engine RPM's are below 1200. Above 1200 RPM everything seems to be fine.
