Just got a new BL25R loader installed on my '09 3820i, and am wondering why the heck I didn't get it when I bought my tractor! Already saved me time and a sore back on several projects! Can't wait to see the warm weather and really get going! Want to thank Dave, at Dave's Farm Service, Edinburgh, Indiana! He's been great to deal with on everything since I bought the tractor from him 4 years ago! Tractor has been a real dependable workhorse, and this just makes it even better! I can see a lot more hours on it in the future.

Over the years I learn of the importance in having a loader. On the current tractor, I learned the importance of M4WD......my first 4WD vehicle of any type....never thought I needed it. Doubt I will be without either till I'm too feeble to climb up in the seat.

I know how the OP feels, I bought my 3510 and a few years later added the FEL and found out that I only had half a tractor before!
Pics are what I came up with for leaves and pine straw.

Sorry about the delay. Don't post much and lost my password! The loader, installed, and a steel weight box (filled with gravel now) was a bit over $5k. I'm really happy with the power of the loader and have been having a great time getting alot of jobs done that I wasn't looking forward to before! I was also pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to remove for mowing, and then to reinstall. Takes me about 5 minutes, and I'm not real fast.

I'm right with you on that! This is my 3rd tractor, but first loader. I've only had it a couple of weeks, but don't know how (or why!) I got along without one. I even use it to carry my garbage bin the 1/2 mile up the drive to the road....enjoy the little extra seat time! I've got 4x4 on all my vehicles, and had it on all the tractors. Live in a hilly area with snow and ice in winter.

I like your extend - o - bucket idea. I'm working on a set of angle iron forks right now. I'll bet with a little modification I do something similar. Thanks for the idea.
