New M59

Monday, I am taking delivery of a new M59 backhoe (trading my L39).

My wilderness ranch is located in very rugged desert mountains. The only "road" (make it a trail) in and out is off road with rock, boulders and a little dirt. For lesser summer rain wash outs, I'd like to grade it with the M59.

I am thinking installing a Landpride RBT Series Blade and Kubota hydrailics kit. Does anyone operate this tractor and blade set up. If so, do you think the grader set up is lined out enough for this type of rough country?

Welcome to TBN Chato, and congratulations on the new M59. All I see on the net is high praise for this new addition to Kubota's commercial tractor lineup.

To your question about the Landpride RBT, I don't know. Hopefully someone will be able to give an opinion soon.

I can't decide if the rear blade and its hydraulic assembly will hold up to the abuse. Maybe ok if I can float out the back. Powerwise, I'm pretty sure the tractor will be fine.
