after trying the john deere , ls massey kioti tym
i went with mahindra but was very close to the kioti

yes they love the tractor lol
want to go for a ride everyday
sit in bucket etc etc..
same with quad...
i just wish i had a bigger bucket.. only thing i didnt really like.. even the kioti and JD i was looking at had much larger buckets
even if it would of been taller and deeper would of been ok

Welcome to the world of 3016 owners. You're going to love it. It's a very capable machine.

I agree with the bucket size. I got my dealer to order me a 66 inch bucket for mine. 6 inches doesn't seem like much of a difference but it gets it to the width of the tractor, and it's much deeper and higher than the old one. carries about 1/3 more. I sold my original bucket to a forum member who found his bucket on his Max was too small and wanted a 60 inch one. We all made out ok.

Now you need a canopy. This is what I put on mine. It's one tough unit.

i think i had the dealer looking for a 72" bucket..
now since these are quick attach do they fit kioti buckets etc with the same quick attach set up ?
i think JD has the same quick attach style.

but im sure the arms on loader are dif distances havent found a clear answer yet lol been looking..
ya i need a canopy .. personaly i prefer no cab as heat doesnt bother me... for winter i still have my old plow truck..
but i think when i upgrade i want to go to with a 50 hp cabbed version.. but i dont want any sort of regen system..

thanks for the warm welcome !

I found the 72 too big. The 66 is just right. When I ordered mine, they took mine off of a larger tractor they had on the lot, I think...a 3040?

The bucket should fit a kioti as these are ssqa compatible.

The jd will not fit as they use their own qwik connect, not the ssqa version.

remember whatever the bucket weighs, is taken away from the load you can lift.

I considered a 72 but it was just too heavy and too wide.

thank you all for your advice and thoughts and opinions

i think i want a steel canopy so that i can mount some working lights vs the front lights only.

mount the lights on the ROPS or on the front.
