New Mahindra 4025 4wd!

I traded my 3616 cab for a new 4025 4wd!


I got it with a loader and R1 tires. The guys at Artec flipped the tires to make it as wide as possible since there isn't a flat spot on my land. They also loaded the tires and welded some hooks on the bucket for me once I got there for no extra charge.

Just did a 1/2 day of bush hogging and so far so good! The extra weight and width really feels more stable on the slopes. I know I'm gonna miss the A/C on the hot days but its so much easier getting on and off. My girlfriend likes the big wide fenders and rode with me while I bush hogged.

Jason and the guys at Artec Tractor treated me right and worked out a fair trade. I also got a new 10k lb trailer in the deal too. When I got there they had my new tractor already loaded and strapped down for me. I'm happy with the deal I got and the tractor. Jamie in service has always been helpful and their service department always took care of me on my old tractor.





It made the ecoboost work a little harder pulling the 4025 home! I got 9 mpg on the way home





That's me in the new barn. The barn is still a work in progress and we've been working on it all summer.

We love ours. It does everything I have asked it to do. Cant beat how much of a brute it is and the simplicity of it is AWESOME!!!

Ive been asked time and time again if it was worth it. I tell them if I had to rent something every time I turned the key it would be equal to 3-4 tractor payments a month.

After looking at your pictures I am gonna have to look and see if my tires are set all the way out. I think they are........ Havent been on it in 2 weeks..... Im missing it now.

Rubicon79, I've got the same tractor- bought it last fall. only got 18 hrs on it so far. Keep it in under an overhang so it don't have to live out in the rain. No problems so far. The land here is flat, so didn't widen the stance, or fill the tires. I wanted an old fashioned gear transmission, 4WD, and fairly heavy tractor, so this fit the bill! BTW, did they make the Rubicon in 79, or that's not the jeep? I have a '94 YJ.
