This is just a thanks to all the TBN'ers that have contributed comments and pics of their toothbars. After pouring over all the threads I could find related to toothbars, I decided to purchase a Markham toothbar. They were very friendly and helpful, and I had my new toothbar two days later.
I installed it this past Saturday with no effort. I have to admit, I was wary of installing it myself because I am a novice to do-it-yourself tractor projects. But thanks to the great threads on installing toothbars, I felt like I could do it. The project went smoother than I hoped, and I got the toothbar installed without any 'complications'.
What a world of difference! I was digging out stuff I was sure I would need a backhoe for! Now more than ever the only thing that limits the potential of my tractor is it's operator.
So thanks again to all of you that take the time to share your knowledge and experiences. I hope that soon I will know enough about something to help you all!
As soon as I find where I hid my digital camera, I'll post some pics.
