new McCormicks on NH lots

Anyone see the new McCormicks on any NH lots?

Our local dealer has to M70's ( or m50's? ) can't remember.. anyway.. some big red tractors.. salesman says the whole line from 25hp up to the 70's will be out in a few months...

Poped in on our local NH dealer here in Tampa on Tuesday and lines of blue tractors didn't see anything that was red.

Your dealer just decided to take on the McCormick line. It is no different then Massey Dealers selling Kubota's. McCormick tractors seem to be quite popular so I would not be surprised to see more dealers selling them. Anyway, my Massey dealer sells Massey's, Kubota's, Tafe's and McCormick's. Take care.

Our dealer implied that NH had somehow aquired the rights to McCormick... anyone confir this.. Nh they are owned by who? Fiat?

You could probably get your question answered on yahoo CNH stock discussion message board(maybe the CNH home page as well)...I have visited these sights and you can get some good info from some people on the companys and then again you can get some obnoxious answers on the unmoderated forums.

CNH has no claim to McCormick nor are they able to. CNH was forced to sell that plant where they are made in order to complete the Merger between Case-IH and New Holland. That is why the McCormick tractors look like the Case-IH tractors in different paint. Looks is about all they have in common anymore though. CNH was also forced to sell off the Versatile/Genesis plant as part of the merger. Hope that helps clear it up some. Later.
