Hey all, long time creeper, first time poster. I live near Virginia Beach / Chesapeake area. Just picked up a piece of crap 2002 Case IH C70 with MFWD and could use some advice getting it fixed up.

I've fixed a ton of small motors, ATV, motorcycles, etc but never messed with diesels or tractors really, other than breaking them.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure I can help with the tractor, but :welcome: to TBN from central northern Alabama all the same. .....and I'd be very surprised if someone here isn't familiar with that model of tractor.

Well, quite frankly I try to include at least one crude adjective in every post, not just my first . If you're talking about the my calling the tractor a piece of crap, it's not a reference to the original construction of the machine. Looks like someone left it out to rot, half fixed some things, made other things worse, left bolts unfastened, linkage disconnected, springs hanging, nests behind the dash panel, parts that I didn't even realize should be there are missing etc.

Hello in the 757!

I lived near the Military Highway/Indian River part of VB/Chesapeake for almost 20 years.
I miss it down there. In PA, now.
