Hi All,
Bob from western Washington state. Not new to tractors but new to Kubota.
After 22 years of owning a great 1939 Ford 9n with FEL and back blade, , I talked myself into an upgrade.
5 acre mini farm, partly cleared, partly wooded and muddy. Finally got a 4wd B3350SU with FEL and BH.
It's great to have something that just works every time I head out to use it. I do miss the challenge of keeping the 9n running and making sure I don't get bad stuck in the mud holes. ha
The only add-on I have done since factory delivery is adding the block heater.
So far, I've used it for moving firewood around, digging out a few large stumps, digging a couple small ditches and moving 10 yds of gravel to previously muddy areas.
I got about 45 hours on the hour meter in 4 months.
*sometimes I have been known to even wash my new orange tractor....but try not to get caught....grin. Don't want the wife of 32 years to feel abandoned.
Thanks in advance for all of the useful information on this forum. I'll try to contribute where I feel I can help others.
