ANYONE can carry a gun!! I only thought that happened in Texas
Jeez! haven't ya heard of the Second Amendment....an individual right.
32 or 33 states have concealed carry laws....many are "shall issue" laws which requires the state to issue a permit unless there is solid legal reasons not to (such as a felony conviction).
Crime has gone down in most states that issue permits.
Always remember, carrying a concealed gun means concealed! One way a person can lose their permit in PA is by flashing the handgun.
