Hi All,

Just joined up to try to figure out what kind of garden tractor my Mom (84) and I (61) need to help us out in our 1 acre garden.

We have been maintaining it by hand after we had it laid up each spring. She expressed a desire to see if we couldn't reduce our work load.

Well,-----A very loaded question,--but 1 thing that I found in my 5 acre venture is a couple Troy-built Horse tillers!---next is small tractors, like ac b,c,and g models.-- also farmall cub w/a few implements would work good.
I also found that an 18 horse rider is really helpfull.--mine is a ac 917-h with a 36" rear tiller, ( I live on this during the growing season).---Your row width would have to be adjusted to the machine,--whatever you choose. Let us know more about what you need to use one for and row width etc. and it can be narrowed down as to suggestions! thanks sonny580
