G174 (Bolens)
Like the title says, I just bought a Bolens G174 which I think is the Iseki TX1500F?? It appears that the rear wheel hubs are reversible. Well, mine are mounted so the wheels are closer together and the rims are inboard of the flange on the hub. So...to remove the rim, I have to remove the hub. How is it held on there? I got the pin out (it was mushroomed over pretty good from the previous owner's unsuccessful efforts to remove it), but can't tell for sure how the hub is now held on there. I've tried pulling it, twisting it (in case it's threaded on) and I can not get it to budge one teeny bit. I've used PB Blaster, Liquid Wrench and a propane torch in conjunction with the twisting and pulling. I've really put some force on it in both ways and it's not budging. At all.

I've tried and can't find a source online for a service manual (that I trust). How is the hub held onto the axle shaft? How do I get it off?

I may try to break the bead right on the tractor and put a new tube in, but I'd really like to get it apart and flip those hubs around (if I'm right about the way they work).

Thanks for any help anyone can offer! :)

Um, I probably should have posted this in the Iseki forum. Moderators? Can you move it? Should I re-post in the other forum? Sorry. First post and I already screwed up!
