Didn't get any manuals with the purchase and want to remove the backhoe. The loader removal is obvious however would like some advice on the backhoe. Thanks in advance.

Nice looking setup. The TC25D is a nice machine. I picked one up this spring.
Don't have a BH for it though, so can't help you.
I have FEL ordered for it and would like to get the BH some day.
When you figure it out please post it.

The 757C Operator's Manual is readily available from NH publications at a very resonable price. See attachment.

The job took most of the day but the BH is now detached.
The plate that holds most of the BH weight is mounted under the transmission. The quick mount of the BH had rusted in there. Good penetrating oil and a few hours of time loosened it enough that a 3 lb hammer and bar broke it loose.

The rest of it came apart easy enough. Reattaching it will be challenge too. Maybe I will find a manual before doing that.

Next question: After you remove the BH, how do you start the hydraulic pump for the 3-point hitch? Would you connect the 2 output hoses that run the hoe and the stabilizers on the BH? Thanks

bird,

This might help, I have a 787 BH on a TC29DA.

Disconnect the hose that runs forward to the right side of the engine and re-connect the one thats free in that spot. Then just disconnect the rear hose and that's it.

Before disconnecting any hoses, pull the pins and slip the hoe back till it's free of the tractor by setting it on the ground and driving forward. When I remove my BH I extend it all the way out as far of a reach as it will go. Set the bucket teeth and the frame of the BH on blocks. Do all this while still connected and adjust it with the outriggers to relieve the binding in the bracket under the tow bar. Then shut the engine off, wiggle the control handles to relieve pressure, and disconnect. Notice where the three point arms are so you can slip them back into the same area when you re-connect. Pull out and support the front of the arms.

Rasy, thanks for the advice. Got the BH off with help of "MOOVIT" penetrating oil and the 3-point hitch worked today like a charmed machine.
Thanks for your time in writing your response.

That wa a big help.

I asked about RPM ratio to rear PTO speed.

Some said check the tachometer. I didn't see anything until the RPM went to 2500 and then a digital 540 shows up lower right. At full RPM 600 shows up next to the rear PTO symbol.

Thanks for the tips.

There is a red colored bigfoot in the woods behind the tractor. Nice backhoe! Ever want to sell it let me know.
