New owner of used B7100hst

Hello, New to being a Kubota owner. I picked up a used/tradein Kubota B7100HST. The serial number puts it at a '93 model year. The meter puts it at 1054 hrs. I am planning on cleaning up and putting a new paint job on it. I look forward to cutting grass next year with it. It has a 60" deck. Looking forward to asking questions and getting it back in shape.

Welcome to TBN. My first Kubota tractor was a B7100HST bought new in the mid 80's. Was a great tractor with only minor repairs over the 15 years I owned it.

I also started with a 2nd hand B7100 HST. There were 2 generations of the 7100 and I had the later generation (forgot the year). I owned it for about 8 years and it served me well. I used a 48" boxblade, 48" shredder and a 3 pt scoop behind it. It never ceased to amaze me with it's "eagerness" to do a job. I ended up selling it during a divorce. Later I went to a B7300 and now a B3300SU.

The person that bought my old 7100 still uses it although it isn't very well taken care of. Makes me kind of sad to see it in it's current condition but I have to say it's still doing the work asked of it.

Welcome, I've got a 92 or 93 with a FEL that I bought new. 400 hours on it now (it is a toy for me), but it has run perfectly, always started and done all I've asked of it. I loaded the rear tires with washer fluid and run chains year 'round on turf tires. Keep the radiator screen clean and it will be happy!
