I was looking to buy a SH tractor (NW, JD, MF, AGCO ...) and found a lot of good running ones from the early '90's but i am worried about the accessibility of spare parts for this machines.

Are they compatible with the newer models ?
are the producers still making parts for the old models ?
or am i limitat onley to SH and refurbished parts ?

What is an SH tractor? What are SH parts? What is an NW?

Deere and Kubota are highly regarded for parts availability for their old models. They have not made brand acquisitions, their growth has been from growing their singular brands.

(In the US, parts for the early Fords are still available from non-OEM suppliers, because so many Ford tractors were sold 1940 - 1960. Now, of course, Ford is out of the tractor business.)

Everyone else has bought brands, some more than others.
Agco owns Allis-Chalmers, Deutz Fahr, Massey Ferguson, White, Willmar and Fendt.
CNH owns Case, International Harvester, Steiger, Ford, New Holland, Fiat and others.
OEM parts for some of these old brands are nonexistent.

If you're talking farm tractors (rather than lawn tractors) the brands you mention should all have good parts availability from the 1990s. Deere is probably the best of the four, but the other three are good as well.

Have seen a lot of 80-90's JDs and MFs around so this shold be a good indication, there are also alot of Fiats that have the added benefit of still being built in Turkey under the Tumosan brand (with updated cab and engine). Ford has a similar situation with Fiat, beeing build in Poland under Farmtrac (Escorts Ltd) also with updated cab and engine but i am not completely sure of how much of it matches the old Fords ...
Kubota is new in romania so that is not an option .
UTB (the defunct local manufacturer) has a lot of good mid 2000's tractors but original parts are rare and i had a bad experience with the non-OEM parts.
I dont know much about Same, Deutz Fahr and Lamborghini, i haven't seen older models around so i will have to check in to that.
Fendt, Renault/Claas aren't so popular either
Belarus, after seeing them up close left me rather satisfied with there build quality, also that gear box ...

In Europe the easiest parts to get are for MF and Ford. A Massey with a Perkins Diesel would be an excellent choice they are well supported by the aftermarket parts industry such as Vapromatic, Sparex, and Bepco. Bepco has some of the best parts, they are slightly more expensive than the others, however the quality is good. The older Massey's are simple, rugged and dependable. Ford is another good choice, however parts will be slightly higher. Kubota was never well adopted in Europe so sourcing parts could be a challenge. I am not a familiar with JD's parts availability in EU, however given the fact that JD has always done excellent support for their machines i do not see it being a problem to get parts. However JD is often not as well supported in the aftermarket so parts are going to be expensive.
I would look for them in this order.
1. Massey Ferguson
2. Ford / New Holland
3. Deutz
4. John Deere
